The material has been brought together under the guidance of an ICE appointed team of engineers with wide experience and expertise in the field supported by other experts in specific technical and contractual areas.Although the specification and the notes for guidance are being sold as a package, they have been bound separately so that the specification itself can be included as part of a contract.
